companies gets delisted 2900

if a non-US based company gets delisted in NYSE but have not got deregistered than SOX compliance is required or not?
-
Is the company still required to file reports with the SEC? If so, then SOX would still be required. SOX is not a rule tied to any specific stock exchange, but is required for those who file with the SEC and meet the size requirements imposed by SOX.

See this discussion (http://www.sarbanes-oxley-forum.com/modules.php?name=Forums-and-file=viewtopic-and-t=2383-and-highlight=otcbb) as to whether or not an OTC company is required to be SOX compliant. I think that the answer was YES.
